Fantastic little place, I loved exceptionally nice personnel.
The breakfast available was absolutely superb with a great view and fresh options, for instance. The location of the hotel was good and perfect - at a medium distance from Claudelands. The service was excellent with an efficient check-in.

The lunch I had at the restaurant here was excellent, offering great dishes and an amazing view of the city; the location is stunning, just a short walk from a bustling street and a cinema.

Got a couple of freebies with our stay which was a plus, and location was pretty decent, with some good nearby spots to check out. Can't forget the hot shower, that was perfect.
The room was not the cleanest and smelled moldy. The car parking was also overpriced, and we didn't get any assistance with our luggage.

This hotel is really well-placed in the heart of the city center, making it super convenient for exploring all that the area has to offer. Plus, the rooms on level 2 have fantastic views of the river, adding an extra touch to your stay. The facilities in the hotel are also top-notch, with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a clean and tidy bathroom and good lighting over the vanity. And when it comes to breakfast, you can enjoy a delicious meal with a great view of the river.

This hotel is a great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail in the rooms, like the king-size bed and the extra bed for our daughter, made our stay comfortable. We loved that our room was on level 4, offering a great view of the river. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the city center and in a good central area.
